Happiness is serious business!
It’s tricky to measure, but we think happiness is the metric that matters when it comes to hotels. The Signature Happiness Index takes an objective look at the wellbeing of our staff, giving us the knowledge we need to improve workplace happiness. Happier staff can’t help but have a positive effect on our guests, so instead of the usual satisfaction survey, the Guest Happiness Index measures how you feel - both during and after your stay. It doesn’t stop there, either. By taking a holistic approach to happiness, we can help to generate a sense of collective wellbeing through our community engagement initiatives.
